ADMISSION PROCESS

  Directorate of Technical Education is the competent Authority for centralized Admission process(CAP). All the decisions taken in respect to admission to Post HSC first year Diploma in pharmacy shall be final and binding on all concerned. Principal shall be the authority for first year D.Pharmacy seats remaining vacant after all the CAP Allotment rounds. Eligibility Criteria

 Eligibility criteria for First Year Post HSC Diploma In Pharmacy Admission process to be carried for CAP seats, Institute level and other quota seats.

  1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate.

  1. The Candidate should be an Indian National.
  2. pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. OR Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination Note: Other than Maharashtra State Candidates shall be eligible for Institution quota only.

  2. NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.

  1. pass in 10+2 examination (science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. OR Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination

Application and Documents

 Important!! – One set of Photocopies is required for all below documents.

  •  Allotment Letter generated from website of CAP.
  •  School /Institution leaving or transfer (after qualifying examination) certificate.
  •  Certificate of marks obtained at SSC and HSC examination.
  •  Nationality/Domicile certificate of candidate
  •  Certificate of Caste and Sub-caste (For OBC,SC,ST,SBC, VJ DT(NT A) , (NT B), (NTC), (NT D) .In case of OBC students, Non creamy layer certificate should be renewed for the current year.
  •  GOI Number of Scholarship (For OBC,SC,ST,SBC,VJ DT(NT A) , (NT B), (NT C), (NT D) students only)
  •  Certificate of Validity (For ST students only)
  •  Income certificate for the current financial year.
  •  Two passport size photographs.
  •  Aadhar linked Bank Account Pass book photocopy.
  •  Aadhar card photocopy.
  •  Gap Certificate if any.

Scholarship Information

 All Scholarship details specified below are as per Government Norms.

  •  SC, ST, VJ DT(NT A) , (NT B), (NT C), and SBC candidates are eligible for 100% scholarship. (Reimbursement of Tution fee and Development fees*)
  •  OBC candidates are eligible for 50% scholarship. (Reimbursement of Tution fee).
  •  EBC candidates are eligible for 50% Scholarship (Reimbursement of Tution fee).
  •  There are special scholarships for minorities like Jain, Parsi, Sikh, Muslim, Buddhists and Christians.

Note:  Scholarships norms are applicable as per Government of Maharashtra, India, Students shall visit https://mahadbt.maharashtra.gov.in for filling Scholarship form.
